Parents can enjoy their holiday secure in the knowledge that their children are safe in the garden.

The property is fully fenced and entered through a code operated electric gate which closes automatically after the residents' cars.

All the animals are in paddocks (they can bite you but they can't kick you).

The lake has a fence over 6ft high and is approached through a double bolted gate.

There is a strategically placed and very well equipped play area for children of all ages. Activities range from sand pit and Wendy house through swings slides and seesaws to table tennis, badminton and petanque.

With the proximity of the beaches and in the interests of safety and ecology we have decided against a swimming pool.
