The Penty is £20 per week more than the Gites.
With the exception of final cleaning – £24, which is your choice, there are no extra charges.
Payment Terms:
25% at the time of booking, 75% eight weeks before arrival. Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer or in cash.
Changeover:
Bookings are usually Saturday-to-Saturday; arrive after 4 pm and leave before 10 am.
Outside high season other changeover days are possible.
Extended winter lets:
Very much reduced prices apply for out of season lets exceeding one month.
